Take the opportunity to be able to see the temple which is quite hidden & surrounded by houses, Candi Pawon. It is composed of volcanic rock with a combination of ancient Javanese and Indian Hindu building styles, as well as the similarity of decorative patterns to Mendut and Borobudur temples. Pawon Temple is a temple that comes from the word “Pawon” which means to save awu / ashes. It is believed that this temple is the place to store the ashes of King Indra.
